Complaints Procedure

To ensure the service we provide through Workers Gallery  remains at a high and improving standard, we have a procedure through which you can let us know if for any reason you are not satisfied with your dealings with us.

If you are not happy with our services, please tell us as soon as possible.
 

How To Make a Complaint
Please let us know if you are unhappy about any part of our service by speaking to us as soon as possible - within 14 days if possible.

 

If you are unhappy with our services you can speak directly with us face to face.

If you feel this is difficult then you can:

Please let us know your name and contact details.

Timescale

We will take your complaint seriously and properly respond by acknowledging your complaint within 30 days. We want to resolve any complaints quickly and will investigate your complaint without undue delay – keeping you informed of progress.

We might need to get more information on the complaint, and we might contact you with specific questions.

 

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint as we have dealt with it, please write to me to explain why. If after we have responded your complaint, you remain unsatisfied we can decide together on any further steps to resolve the situation.
