BEYOND THE GALLERY
We're a small business at the heart of a flourishing creative community,
thriving on collaborations with local, national and international charities, groups and schools.
GALLERY HOME VISITS
We can bring many of our shows to you. We charge a small fee for this.
All we need is a table for the exhibition and room for a conversation. See poster below for info.
If you would like to book a visit, on or off site please contact resident artist Gayle
FRIENDS of THE WORKERS GALLERY
This community group of volunteers formed in 2025. They are focused on developing a strong creative community in and around the gallery building and their Facebook page is here.
They are launching a new venture to support local people living with dementia and their family, friends and carers in May 2025 (see poster below).
DELIVERIES
We make most local deliveries and exhibition tours via our cargo e-bike.

GALLERY VISITS, TOURS & WORKSHOPS

ON - SITE
We lead workshops in drawing, woodworking, wood-turning and furniture making for community groups, schools and individuals.
We have a free-to-use community library of art books, graphic novels & Welsh-interest titles.
Our drop-in space includes a table for drawing and for joining in with our current community activity - often jigsawing or knitting.

OFF - SITE
We offer bespoke art & design experiences & workshops.
We were winners of The Big Draw Festival Community, Participatory and Libraries Award 2018 for artist Gayle Rogers' workshop
with Ynyshir Primary (supported by RCT Arts Service). We have led workshops in libraries at universities, in community centres and outdoor spaces.

TOURS
We tour many of our shows to non-art venues via our cargo e-bike (and public transport) whenever possible. We work with artists especially comic creators and photographers. We specialise in reminiscence-enhancing gallery visits to individuals or groups, being passionate about sharing work with those unable to travel.
