These shop policies relate to online sales through this site only.
Orders are sent within 4 business days once payment has been received. If you need your items urgently please contact us and we will do our very best to meet your timescale.
We dispatch items via Royal Mail or a reliable tracked service.
Please be aware that you may have to pay taxes/duties on overseas purchases - these costs will be at your expense.
Exchanges
Always contact us for items being exchanged that are undamaged. We will request that the item be returned in its original condition. Please return in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt. We are sorry but we cannot exchange items that are received in a damaged state. Any monies owing for an exchange will be resolved prior to dispatch of the exchanged item. Please see below for information on returns and damaged goods.
Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us and we will do all we can to reasonably resolve the matter. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days of receipt** but to get a refund the items must be returned (at your expense) and received by us within 14 days of you contacting us to say you wish to return the item.
Please be clear as to why you want to return the items - so that we can resolve the situation to make sure that you are happy with the resolution. If an item is not received within 28 days of purchase it is your responsibility to contact us.
It is always best to return items in their original packing. You will need to pay the postage costs to return the purchase. When returning an item from outside the UK please be aware that the applicable shipping fees, postage and taxes/duties are your responsibility.

Damaged Goods
We always pack artwork well and we are experienced in shipping this type of work, but we understand that accidents can happen.
If your purchase arrives damaged please contact us immediately (or at maximum within 48 hrs of receipt) by email We can discuss an exchange, replacement or refund. We will require you to photograph the damage so please do not discard the packaging or the purchase.
