BEYOND THE GALLERY

We remain a
business at the heart of a flourishing creative community.
We thrive on working in partnership and collaborating with others.
We work alongside charities, local & national groups & schools to
host events, tour
exhibitions and lead workshops
in the gallery and beyond. If you would like to engage our artist and project management services - please contact us to discuss your requirements and budget.

We make most local deliveries and exhibition tours via our
cargo e-bike. We are a donation point for the Rhondda Food-bank & offer a free entry community drop-in space for visitors.
In early 2023 we were part of the WINTER WELCOME CENTRE network in partnership with the Friends of Wattstown Memorial Park with the support of RCTCBC and volunteers. November 2023 - March 2024 our MAKE IT LATE sessions were a chance for visitors to get creative and socialise. We lead creative workshops specialising in drawing & woodworking.
Our
community library of donated books and jigsaws is free for all to use.

TOURS
We toured David Hurn's South Wales Valleys: COLOUR to non-art venues in 2023-24.
We often have shows available for touring throughout the year.

We offer bespoke art & design experiences & workshops.
We were winners of The Big Draw Festival Community, Participatory and Libraries Award 2018 for resident artist Gayle Rogers' workshop
with Ynyshir Primary (supported by RCT Arts Service). We have led woodworking workshops in libraries and outdoor drawing projects at a local wind farm.

TOURS

We tour many of our shows to non-art venues via our cargo e-bike (and public transport whenever possible). We work with artists, organisations and writers to share their work with new audiences - especially those unable to travel or those who are housebound.
